What you will do

• Maintain the master interdependency tracker linking international and domestic development pipelines to surface resource conflicts and capacity constraints.
• Drive cross-functional accountability across Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to ensure milestones and action items are met.
• Manage program intake, review, and approval gates, flagging deviations and sequencing conflicts proactively.
• Create real-time demand-to-execution reporting and provide weekly portfolio health updates for leadership.
• Develop and scale intake workflows, tracking templates, and reporting cadences for a growing program portfolio.
• Prepare steering committee materials and executive program reviews, translating complex data into decision-ready formats.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management, program operations, or strategic analytics in data center or technology infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience building complex interdependency trackers and resource alignment tools.
• Strong proficiency with program management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Airtable.
• Must be a U.S. person for export control compliance (citizen, green card holder, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting international expansion programs in EMEA and APAC geographies.
• Background in data center, infrastructure development, or real estate (site selection, land acquisition).
• Familiarity with program gate processes in hyper-growth or capital-intensive environments.
• Proficiency with SQL or BI tools to support pipeline analytics and capacity tracking.
