What you will do

• Own the master schedule and track critical path items across all AIRE work streams.
• Manage day-to-day project execution, including running standups and removing impediments.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Track cost-of-labor actuals and provide financial health updates to leadership.
• Translate complex engineering progress into actionable business reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional operations with Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field with 8+ years of experience (or Master’s with 6+ years).
• Hands-on software or systems engineering background.
• Proven experience leading project teams of 20+ members in a technical environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile programs and project reporting.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMP certification.
• Experience with AI/ML development programs or enterprise application modernization.
• Familiarity with SRE practices, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience in a matrixed defense or aerospace environment.
