What you will do

• Develop and enforce site readiness checklists and launch playbooks for diverse commercial kitchen configurations.
• Manage the integrated master launch schedule, coordinating between Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Field Operations.
• Source, vet, and manage third-party vendors, ensuring SLAs are maintained during installation phases.
• Translate complex technical workflows into simplified SOPs and training curricula for grocery kitchen staff.
• Design the operational hand-off architecture to transition sites from active launch to sustaining field operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program management, field operations, or hardware launch experience.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in B2B, commercial infrastructure, or enterprise hardware environments.
• Proven track record of building scale playbooks and site deployment tracking architectures.
• Technical literacy in hardware specifications, electrical/space constraints, and network connectivity.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 20-30% during peak deployment and validation cycles.
• Must be based in San Bruno, California.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience operating within health, safety, food-handling, or building compliance frameworks (OSHA, NSF, UL, etc.).
