What you will do

  • Manage corporate objectives and key metric reporting with CEO-level visibility.
  • Drive the corporate communication cadence, including weekly, monthly, and annual highlights.
  • Lead the monthly extended leadership team Ops Review and manage follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate the CEO's customer and partner engagement cadence.
  • Facilitate employee outreach programs, such as virtual coffees and skip-level meetings.
  • Oversee cross-functional preparation and agenda management for Board meetings.

Requirements

  • Exceptional operational, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Proven track record of coordinating cross-departmental efforts to achieve business outcomes.
  • Ability to manage scope, risk, and uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in streamlining operational processes for efficiency.
  • Experience working within a rapidly growing SaaS business.
