What you will do

• Own the engagement pipeline from intake to delivered readout, ensuring priority order and schedule adherence.
• Maintain real-time status and visibility of all active engagements to prevent bottlenecks.
• Report on program health using KPIs, cycle time, and throughput metrics for leadership.
• Streamline operational processes and partner with development teams to implement dashboards and automation.
• Coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams to keep engagements on track.

Requirements

• Experience in program and project management, including governance and risk management.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume pipelines with many concurrent workstreams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and executive communication skills.
• Must be based in the USA.
