Account Executive, Scale (AI): Driving new business growth for the AI Customer Agent Fin in the 0-50 FTE segment with an accent on full-cycle sales and high-velocity pipeline generation. Focus on identifying high-potential prospects, converting them into customers, and collaborating with Product teams to iterate on AI solutions.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (minimum 3 days/week in office). Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Salary: $132,200 - $158,050 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for net-new business in the 0-50 FTE segment, from prospecting to close.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential prospects by positioning Fin as a transformative AI solution.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize logo acquisition and pipeline coverage.
  • Build a healthy, accurate pipeline and forecast consistently against quarterly and annual targets.
  • Partner with Marketing and Solutions Engineers to ensure a seamless buyer experience.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to feed market insights back into the business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling SaaS products, with at least 1 year in a closing role.
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of sourcing and closing net-new business.
  • Ability to manage a high-velocity pipeline across a large number of simultaneous deals.
  • Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco area to comply with the hybrid office policy.
