What you will do
- Qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound lead follow-up for enterprises with 5,000-10,000 seats.
- Educate customers on the value of in a consultative way.
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the buying cycle.
- Prospect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts to fill your funnel.
- Demonstrate our innovative AI Service Management solution and align value to customers' pain points.
- Close sales with a $1M quota and maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects.
Requirements
- Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals.
- 3-10 years of experience in Enterprise Account management and sales.
- Effective in dealing with C-suite of mid-market to enterprise organizations.
- Experience with generating pipeline by cold calling and prospecting.
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to move accounts through sales stages effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience selling CRM SaaS is a plus.
