Salary: $128,470.00 - $192,710.00

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a global team responsible for TVA and geartrain dynamics simulation across engine platforms.
• Define technical direction, priorities, and workload planning in alignment with platform needs.
• Partner with rotating component and platform design teams to execute vibration and dynamics analysis early in programs.
• Review and approve analysis results to ensure technical accuracy and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Resolve geartrain durability and field concerns through targeted simulation and root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement of methods, tools, and automation of routine analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering desired).
• Deep knowledge of engine simulation methods and tools applied across platforms.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Expert level knowledge of project management strategies to monitor and control technical resources.
• Proven ability to form and manage effective technical teams.
• Must be based in the US or eligible for domestic relocation; VISA Sponsorship is NOT Available.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Hands-on testing experience with torsional dynamics or engine-related vibrations.
• Familiarity with multi-body dynamics (MBD) simulation tools.
• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA).
• Prior experience in engine product or component design.
