Vehicle Dynamics Simulation Engineer (Automotive): Leading the design and development of components impacting vehicle dynamics performance and structural loads with an accent on virtual tools and full-vehicle simulation. What you will do

• Optimize suspension and steering kinematics and compliance using Multibody Dynamics Modeling.
• Virtually integrate chassis tuning parts to meet ride, handling, and steering targets.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional vehicle dynamics master model frameworks and co-simulation packages.
• Integrate active control systems into performance simulations.
• Collaborate with global partners and test teams to reduce reliance on hardware-based methods.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Math, or Science.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive, aircraft, or construction industries.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as MATLAB or Python to automate and analyze simulations.
• Experience applying computational methods to solve complex engineering problems.
• No immigration sponsorship required now or in the future.
• Must be able to report to the office at least 3 times a week.

Nice to have

• MS or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Software Engineering.
• Familiarity with CAE tools such as Simpack, ADAMS, MotionView, Carsim, Carmaker, Matlab/Simulink, or dSpace VEOS.
• Practical experience in building, restoring, or modifying automotive vehicles.
• Participation in automotive teams like Formula SAE, Mini-Baja, or Eco-Car.
