TL;DR

Revenue Operations Lead (RevOps): Driving operational excellence across pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM transformation with an accent on process consistency and data-driven decision making. Focus on modernizing the revenue engine, improving forecasting accuracy, and aligning Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams.

Location: Remote, United States (Ability to visit offices as necessary)

What you will do

  • Execute strategic Sales and Revenue Operations initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and overall operational rigor.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving CRM, reporting, commissions, and sales process improvements.
  • Establish and maintain a structured operating rhythm for pipeline reviews and business reviews.
  • Partner with BI teams to define business requirements and reporting priorities.
  • Develop scalable operational processes and identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual work.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related business operations roles.
  • Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM systems.
  • Proven experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
