What you will do
- Execute strategic Sales and Revenue Operations initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and overall operational rigor.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving CRM, reporting, commissions, and sales process improvements.
- Establish and maintain a structured operating rhythm for pipeline reviews and business reviews.
- Partner with BI teams to define business requirements and reporting priorities.
- Develop scalable operational processes and identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual work.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related business operations roles.
- Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM systems.
- Proven experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
