Senior Strategy and Operations Leader (Revenue): Defining and executing GTM strategy for the AMER region and global Velocity business with an accent on operational excellence, pipeline health, and scaling GTM motions. Focus on embedding AI-native tooling, optimizing AE productivity, and translating annual strategy into actionable territory and coverage designs.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote depending on state, or Hybrid in San Francisco, New York, or Chicago)
Salary: $215,000 - $316,000 (base salary varies by geographic pay zone)

What you will do
- Define AMER GTM strategy (1-3 year horizon) as a strategic partner to the GM of AMER across Enterprise and Corporate segments.
- Manage AMER operational execution, including forecasting cadence, pipeline health, QBRs, and performance readouts.
- Lead strategy and operations for the global Velocity business (SDR, BDR, SMB), building the operating model and execution infrastructure.
- Integrate AI-native tooling and workflows into operating rhythms to drive improvements in AE productivity and forecast accuracy.
- Design territories, coverage, book-of-business allocation, and headcount recommendations during planning season.
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team while partnering with the Global Head of Revenue Strategy and Operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy or operations, ideally within software or high-growth enterprise environments.
- Experience building and leading multi-layered teams across strategy and operational functions.
- Proven track record owning both strategic planning and day-to-day operational execution.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, including GMs and C-suite leaders.
- Exceptional analytical fluency and communication skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
