What you will do
- Manage the CPQ revenue engine to ensure accurate entry of new deals, upsells, and expansions.
- Develop and distribute weekly Sales and Marketing KPI reports and track Client Success metrics including churn and retention.
- Oversee HubSpot CRM management, including data hygiene, dashboards, and workflow enhancements.
- Calculate and manage monthly sales commissions and payouts for the sales team.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success for forecasting and planning.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements to the sales tech stack.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Atlanta/Decatur, GA.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing and maintaining a CPQ tool, preferably DealHub.
- Proficiency in building reports and dashboards using Power BI or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of law enforcement technology, video systems, or digital evidence platforms.
- Experience with government procurement cycles or formal RFP processes.
