TL;DR

Program Manager (AI): Redesigning and scaling high-impact employee experience programs with an accent on AI integration and organizational identity. Focus on building an AI-powered onboarding OS and creating rituals that embed the product's usage into the company culture.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA). Must work from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $195,000 - $210,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop an end-to-end, AI-powered onboarding operating system for global new hires to make the process feel personal and scalable.
  • Redesign the Day 1 experience to ensure new employees have a clear connection to the company mission and work expectations.
  • Create rituals and rhythms that encourage employees to dogfood new features and treat AI as a daily collaborator.
  • Design and test new programs that deepen employee connection to the mission, customers, and product.
  • Partner with People Operations and Workplace teams to turn successful pilots into repeatable global systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading global new hire onboarding programs end-to-end.
  • Ability to curate bold and intentional employee experiences with a clear point of view.
  • Outcome-driven approach, measuring program success by impact rather than participation.
  • High degree of self-motivation and ability to iterate through prototypes without a predefined roadmap.
  • AI fluency: Ability to use AI as a daily collaborator and teach others to do the same.
  • Experience in cross-functional partnership with global leaders to align on outcomes and trade-offs.
