What you will do

• Collaborate with development, QA, and UX teams to ensure deliverables meet business and customer expectations.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to elicit business needs and identify pain points.
• Translate requirements into well-defined epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and development capacity.
• Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Plan and execute the launch of new products and features, managing interdependencies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product ownership using agile/scrum principles.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Proficiency in creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for solving complex business problems.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• CSPO or similar agile certification.
• Knowledge of healthcare EDI transactions (837, 835, 276/277, etc.).
• Experience with SAFe development methodologies.
