What you will do

  • Own the Plan-Fact review cycle and drive root-cause diagnostics for revenue and margin deviations.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors to build and execute corrective action plans.
  • Monitor Cost of Sales drivers and lead initiatives for margin improvement.
  • Establish scalable governance processes for revenue and margin management.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic commercial initiatives.
  • Partner with FP&A, Marketing, and Analytics teams to align on priorities and execution.

Requirements

  • Fluent English required.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in commercial, analytical, and operational roles.
  • Background in Revenue Operations, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Consulting with P&L exposure.
  • Strong understanding of profitability metrics including Gross Margin, Contribution Margin, CoS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools.
  • Must be based in European time zones.
