What you will do

  • Develop recruitment strategies for clinical and operations roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines of healthcare professionals and operations candidates to support long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize recruiting data and metrics to identify and implement improvements in hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Maintain accurate and scalable candidate records within the Lever ATS.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting clinical and operations roles.
  • Proven track record in high-volume recruiting, preferably within healthcare, digital health, or high-growth organizations.
  • Startup experience at a Digital Health or Tech company.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, Lever (or other ATS), and G-Suite products.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Must be based in the United States.
