What you will do
- Develop recruitment strategies for clinical and operations roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines of healthcare professionals and operations candidates to support long-term growth.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize recruiting data and metrics to identify and implement improvements in hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
- Maintain accurate and scalable candidate records within the Lever ATS.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting clinical and operations roles.
- Proven track record in high-volume recruiting, preferably within healthcare, digital health, or high-growth organizations.
- Startup experience at a Digital Health or Tech company.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, Lever (or other ATS), and G-Suite products.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Must be based in the United States.
