Senior Strategy & Operations Manager (Healthcare)

Location: New York City office; in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week

Salary: $210,000–$250,000 annually, plus equity incentive and benefits

What you will do

• Execute strategic projects across the business and investigate high-priority issues for the leadership team.
• Develop and deploy operational processes in collaboration with subject-matter experts.
• Rotate across high-impact initiatives and gain broad exposure to the business.
• Manage company KPIs and support annual and quarterly planning processes.
• Work directly with leadership on high-visibility business initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic problem-solving roles.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment.
• Ability to structure unstructured problems, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to synthesize complex data.
• Interest or experience in healthcare and motivation to improve the U.S. healthcare system.
• Willingness to work from the New York City office three days per week.
