Salary: $95,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with agency stakeholders to implement solutions that meet customer needs.
• Support the development team in testing completed user stories.
• Create and communicate comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required (no exceptions).
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• 6+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Technology Transformation, preferably within the federal government.
• 1+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Existing Secret Clearance.
• ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC (both Agile and Waterfall).
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
