Location: Remote (US Citizen required); DC Metro area strongly preferred
Salary: $95,000 - $120,000

What you will do
- Gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to implement solutions that meet customer needs.
- Support the development team in testing completed user stories.
- Create and communicate comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
- US Citizenship required (no exceptions).
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
- 6+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Technology Transformation, preferably within the federal government.
- 1+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Existing Secret Clearance.
- ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (both Agile and Waterfall).
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
