Location: Hybrid in Springfield, Puerto Rico (Remote options available; must be able to work 8 AM – 5 PM CST)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, Epics, Features, and User Stories for development teams.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with technology teams and senior stakeholders to design and implement operational solutions.
• Guide and mentor Business Analysts (I, II, III), overseeing workload and professional development.
• Develop business cases, impact assessments, and solution roadmaps for leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Lucidchart.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or supervising other analysts.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, SAFe, or CSM.
• Familiarity with machine learning, AI, or predictive analytics.
