What you will do

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features to inform product strategies.
• Define and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
• 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or relevant experience in business analysis/operations.
• High level of comfort with SQL and conducting complex data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving framework based on first principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from front-line employees to the C-suite.
