What you will do

• Perform regular maintenance, testing, and reconciliations to ensure revenue recognition and financial processes are accurate.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and support system enhancements.
• Manage the testing, validation, and rollout of new features, upgrades, and bug fixes via UAT.
• Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support month-end close and business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and resolve data integrity issues.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Systems.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 is a plus).
• Proficiency in creating saved searches, financial reports, and dashboards.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and system rollouts.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for complex analysis and reconciliations.
