What you will do

• Coordinate physician workflow for outpatient sites to ensure efficiency in image reading.
• Organize workflows to maximize Radiologist productivity and overall efficiency.
• Monitor work lists to assign STAT and subspecialty exams to appropriate Radiologists.
• Collaborate with other PSAs to coordinate subspecialty reads.
• Review and manage Radiologists' daily schedules, including procedures, meetings, and conference calls.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of medical office experience, preferably in radiology.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and radiology specialties.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in computer skills, including Excel.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working directly with physician schedules or facilitating physician flow.
