What you will do

• Develop and implement compliance policies and align governance processes across teams and acquired practices.
• Manage compliance investigations, including issue intake, triaging, and conducting audits.
• Lead remediation efforts by creating and executing corrective action plans for compliance findings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, federal and state healthcare regulations, and billing standards.
• Provide risk management support and monitor vendor security controls using risk analysis frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience managing and maintaining an organization’s compliance program.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Company participates in E-verify).
