What you will do

• Own the end-to-end compliance program, including policy development, reporting, and monitoring to mitigate risk.
• Develop compliance strategies for leadership by conducting gap analyses and providing risk-calibrated recommendations.
• Lead the cross-functional implementation of compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery.
• Build and track compliance dashboards to provide leadership with real-time visibility into organizational compliance health.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in compliance, legal, strategy, or operations.
• Background in fast-paced healthcare startups, tech companies, or consulting firms.
• Exceptional operational skills with experience running complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication skills to distill complex regulatory information into crisp summaries for leadership.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be based in New York City.
