What you will do
- Lead major water and wastewater projects from initial planning through final construction.
- Manage project budgets and schedules using internal processes and lead inter-discipline teams of internal staff and subconsultants.
- Provide technical leadership for solutions involving pump stations, large-diameter pipelines, tunnels, and collection system rehabilitation.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and decision-makers in the Tulsa area.
- Support business development activities, including pursuits, proposals, and project interviews.
- Mentor junior professionals and identify high-quality recruits to grow the regional team.
Requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma.
- 15+ years of relevant water engineering experience in planning, asset management, and construction.
- Proven experience managing large-scale water and wastewater programs.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal permitting requirements and funding mechanisms.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Tulsa, OK.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in high-level report writing and PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience with risk-based assessments for capital improvement programs.
