TL;DR

Implementation Manager (SaaS): Leading the onboarding journey for enterprise clients of a corporate travel solution with an accent on project management, product configuration, and relationship building. Location: Hybrid (Cambridge, MA). Required to work from the Cambridge, MA office 3 days per week.

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new enterprise clients, managing the full onboarding lifecycle.
  • Capture, document, and validate client requirements to configure and tailor the SaaS product.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to support custom integrations and data migration.
  • Develop and maintain implementation project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and provide platform training.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to align client needs with the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, professional services, or project management in a B2B/enterprise setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously.
  • Experience working with APIs and understanding basic technical integration concepts.
  • Experience in the Travel Industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or Asana.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in German.
