Sr Human Resources Business Partner (AI)

Location: New York City, New York, United States. Hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office.

Base salary: $140,000–$152,000 USD annually. Base salary plus OTE: $165,000–$178,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders across global Sales and Partnerships teams on people, talent, and organizational matters.
• Advise managers on performance management, reorganizations, employee relations, and complex people situations.
• Coach managers and provide training and resources to strengthen leadership and team effectiveness.
• Use people data and metrics to identify trends, engagement risks, attrition concerns, and capability gaps.
• Forecast talent needs and support strategies to attract, retain, and develop employees.
• Drive HR process improvements and operational efficiency through generative AI and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
• At least 1 year of experience partnering with Sales or GTM teams in a global organization.
• Experience supporting complex, heavily matrixed organizations.
• Strong data-driven, commercial, communication, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee relations.
• Curiosity about AI, emerging workforce trends, and the impact of technology on roles and skills.
