Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office), New York City, US

Salary: $165,000 – $178,000 USD (Base + OTE)

What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to global GTM groups, advising on talent and organizational matters.
  • Coach managers on performance management, reorganizations, and complex people situations.
  • Identify engagement risks, attrition concerns, and capability gaps within teams to act as a trusted mediator.
  • Utilize people data and metrics to provide actionable recommendations to business leaders.
  • Forecast talent needs and develop strategies for attraction and retention.
  • Implement generative AI and automation to drive HR process efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, including at least 1 year partnering with Sales or GTM teams in a global organization.
  • Experience supporting complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to drive change.
  • Proven track record in organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Strong experience managing complex employee relations with professional judgment.
  • Must be based in and able to work from the New York City office (Hybrid).
