E/E Quality Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Verify the implementation of product/process specifications, test instructions, and quality regulations.
• Perform evaluation and assessment of supplied parts quality across different commodities through inspections and audits.
• Validate timelines and requirements throughout the different steps of the launch process.
• Monitor capability study results, FMEA measures implementation, and special characteristics assurance.
• Coordinate first part releases for each build phase with process and production associates.
• Execute hardware and software traceability stress tests during validation events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience in quality systems, quality assurance, or production.
• Experience with product/process audits according to IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001.
• Proficiency in 8D problem-solving tools and SAP.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• English: Conversational level required.

Nice to have

• Certified Quality auditor under ISO 19011.
• Experience with Project Management tools.
