Salary: OTE $300,000 – $450,000

What you will do
- Lead and grow the revenue team, owning the quota and scaling the AE/BDR headcount.
- Champion a proactive, self-sourced outbound pipeline culture.
- Close strategic enterprise deals with CISOs, CPOs, and CIOs at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Define and document the outbound sales process, ICP targeting, and messaging playbooks.
- Partner with the Founder/CEO and cross-functional teams to sharpen product positioning.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach high-performing sales talent.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of closing enterprise deals.
- 3+ years in a player-coach sales leadership role at a startup or fast-paced company.
- Experience selling to C-suite security and privacy leaders (CISOs, CPOs, CIOs) in the private sector.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the DC area.
- Background in data privacy, cybersecurity, GRC, or identity/access management strongly preferred.
