TL;DR

Global Strategic Partner Manager (SaaS): Leading high-impact strategic partnerships and driving repeatable growth motions with an accent on executive-level execution and cross-functional alignment. Focus on building scalable partner plays across cloud, infrastructure, and LLM providers to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $265,000 - $325,000 per year (Total On Target Earnings).

What you will do

  • Own strategic partner strategy and operating cadence for priority partners across cloud, infrastructure, and LLM providers.
  • Lead global planning and execution for co-sell, Marketplace, and field alignment initiatives.
  • Build and scale repeatable GTM plays for regional teams to localize and execute.
  • Align internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to drive partner narratives.
  • Track and report on partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and adoption metrics.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or BD within enterprise SaaS, cloud, or AI sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and operating executive-level partnerships and global GTM motions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and partner GTM models.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Must be able to work from the San Francisco office on designated Anchor Days.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hyperscaler partnerships (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and marketplace programs.
  • Experience building “better together” narratives and enabling sales teams.
  • International experience supporting regional GTM teams.
