What you will do

• Partner with Sales leadership to identify hiring needs and role requirements.
• Source early career talent and college graduates through campus events and networking.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
• Cultivate relationships with university career centers and student organizations.
• Screen and assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and sales potential.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics to ensure hiring goals are met.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in college recruiting, ideally for sales or high-volume roles.
• Strong understanding of the qualities required for success in sales environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based on-site in Chicago
