What you will do

  • Drive the requisition intake process and align with hiring managers on ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination in Greenhouse.
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide pipeline updates and drive adoption of the company's interview framework.
  • Manage the offer extension process, negotiation, and candidate preboarding.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as pipeline conversion and time-to-fill.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in a metrics-driven corporate recruiting role
  • Proven experience in sales recruiting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high EQ
  • Data-driven approach to talent acquisition

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS
