What you will do
- Drive the requisition intake process and align with hiring managers on ideal candidate profiles.
- Source and engage passive candidates through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination in Greenhouse.
- Partner with executive leadership to provide pipeline updates and drive adoption of the company's interview framework.
- Manage the offer extension process, negotiation, and candidate preboarding.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as pipeline conversion and time-to-fill.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in a metrics-driven corporate recruiting role
- Proven experience in sales recruiting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high EQ
- Data-driven approach to talent acquisition

- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
