TL;DR

Fundraising Operations Specialist (Fundraising): Enabling efficient and scalable fundraising operations and lottery management with an accent on process improvement, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on optimizing donor data workflows, streamlining lottery draw logistics, and enhancing regional field team support.

Location: Hybrid: Must reside in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and work from the Yonge & Eglinton office at least once per week.

Salary: $65,000 – $80,000

What you will do

  • Develop and improve processes for fundraising and lottery operations.
  • Provide operational support and training to regional field teams and relationship specialists.
  • Coordinate end-to-end Ontario lottery operations, including draw logistics and winner validation.
  • Manage prize fulfillment, incentive orders, and liaise with external partners for delivery.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity (Salesforce/Blackbaud) and support program forecasts.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline administrative tasks, communications, and data insights.

Requirements

  • University degree or college diploma in Business or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in process development, project coordination, or customer service.
  • Must be currently residing in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud).
  • Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with website content management and online reporting.
