TL;DR

Location: Must be based on the East Coast and eligible to work in Canada

Salary: CAD 75,000 - 85,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Lead the entire project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure) for complex AV projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and schedules while securing necessary resources.
  • Manage change requests regarding scope, time, cost, and quality.
  • Develop and maintain key project documentation, including plans, scopes, and charters.
  • Oversee project financials and conduct post-completion retrospectives.
  • Coordinate service handoffs and ensure all close-out documentation is complete.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing complex technology projects (AV, UC, or IT).
  • Post-secondary diploma or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically MS Project.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and principles.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Must be located on the East Coast.

Nice to have

  • PMP Certification.
  • French language proficiency.
