What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialized G&A roles across Strategic Finance, Legal, People, and Operations.
  • Act as a strategic talent partner to executive stakeholders, advising on market dynamics and hiring strategy.
  • Execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional passive talent from high-growth tech and fintech environments.
  • Use data and funnel metrics to diagnose search health and refine recruiting strategies in real time.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company's mission and talent bar.
  • Serve as a craft leader on the Talent team by raising the bar for sourcing and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience with deep expertise in senior G&A searches within high-growth, US-headquartered technology companies.
  • Proven success hiring for specialized corporate functions including Finance, Legal, and Operations.
  • Strong search fundamentals including market mapping, passive candidate engagement, and senior-level closing.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and operate as a strategic advisor.
  • AI fluency: Ability to apply AI to accelerate workflows, structure problems, and improve output quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level audiences.
