Technical Program Manager (Cloud Infrastructure & Analytics)

What you will do

• Manage technical programs for cloud infrastructure, platform modernization, and operational commitments.
• Partner with global engineering, product, and support teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Track program schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and overall project status.
• Create project documentation, including status reports, requirements, and functional specifications.
• Analyze technical and operational data using Power BI, SQL, Kusto, and Azure DevOps to support reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate incident-related workflows, including response activities, follow-ups, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in technical program management or project management.
• 2–4+ years of experience with technical tools such as Power BI, SQL, Kusto, and/or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and metrics tracking.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure, technical operations, or engineering programs.
• Strong communication skills to lead meetings and collaborate across global technical and non-technical teams.
• Must be based in the United States (indicated by US-specific benefits and state-based compensation).

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting Azure infrastructure or cloud modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with incident management, support operations, or service reliability processes.
• Demonstrated experience presenting project updates and recommendations to leadership.
