Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote, with 0-15% travel required).
Salary: $130,000 - $135,000 Annually

What you will do
- Serve as a neutral portfolio integrator supporting government interests across all BPA awardees.
- Develop and maintain a BPA-level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) consolidating all task orders.
- Integrate portfolio-level operating information including risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Identify cross-task order relationships and systemic risks invisible at the individual task level.
- Conduct critical path analysis to identify bottlenecks and schedule risks.
- Provide analysis and decision-ready briefings to senior government leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline and 15 years of related experience (or 25 years total relevant experience).
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in program management or systems integration for complex federal programs.
- Hands-on experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development, baseline management, and critical path analysis.
- 3–5 years of experience supporting federal multi-awardee contracting environments (BPA, IDIQ, or GWAC).
Nice to have
- Experience supporting VA, DoD, HHS, or CMS IT modernization programs.
- PMP, PgMP, or PMI-SP certifications.
- FAC-COR or DAWIA Program Management certifications.
- Familiarity with ATO/FedRAMP processes.
