What you will do

• Own and operate the AI Transformation and Business Process Excellence program, including governance and prioritization frameworks.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives to improve operational scalability and optimize business workflows.
• Design and manage structured intake processes for operational improvement initiatives based on business impact and risk.
• Facilitate workshops to document current-state workflows and design scalable future-state operational models.
• Build and mature process analytics capabilities, establishing KPIs and dashboards to measure transformation outcomes.
• Partner with IT, Security, and Automation teams to translate redesign efforts into scalable workflow automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, business process management, or enterprise transformation.
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs in complex organizations.
• Deep expertise in process documentation methodologies such as BPMN, swimlane diagrams, and value stream mapping.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
• Proficiency with process analytics platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Must be based in the USA to fulfill role requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, HIPAA, SOC2, or SOX.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled operational tooling and agentic automation concepts.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
