Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive the strategy and evolution of revenue-driving partner program benefits.
• Manage end-to-end operations of referral programs and design efficient triage processes.
• Optimize Marketplace operations to reduce friction and improve partner onboarding and engagement.
• Implement scalable process improvements and leverage AI solutions to boost team capacity.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from community feedback to provide strategic recommendations.
• Conceptualize and launch new initiatives to increase member engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in operations, program management, or related roles in channel/partner ecosystems.
• Proven expertise in strategic program design and execution.
• Deep operational management skills with the ability to design scalable end-to-end processes.
• Experience in lifecycle management for a platform or marketplace.
• Strong analytical abilities to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Must be able to work hybrid in the New York City office.
