What you will do

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program covering GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes to assess impact on business obligations.
• Perform internal audits and risk assessments to identify and resolve compliance gaps.
• Serve as the designated Data Protection Officer (DPO), managing RoPA and data subject requests.
• Create and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
• Collaborate with legal, IT, and security teams to embed compliance into business processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compliance or risk management, preferably in the cloud/tech industry.
• Privacy certification required: CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent DPO qualification.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing environments and Information Systems Security.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable policies.

• Advanced degree or certifications such as CCEP or CRCM.
