Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 7 account managers within the Retail sector.
  • Manage the sector pipeline, forecasts, and overall commercial performance.
  • Proactively identify and win new key account partnerships with major retailers.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and pitches to senior decision-makers.
  • Oversee portfolio growth, store coverage, and zero-waste strategy implementation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and global teams to create unique value propositions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of the Spanish retail environment.
  • Proven commercial experience working with prominent brands in the supermarket or retail sector.
  • Strong background in sales and business development with a track record of winning key accounts.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and people management experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and MS Excel for reporting and forecasting.
