What you will do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 7 account managers within the Retail sector.
- Manage the sector pipeline, forecasts, and overall commercial performance.
- Proactively identify and win new key account partnerships with major retailers.
- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and pitches to senior decision-makers.
- Oversee portfolio growth, store coverage, and zero-waste strategy implementation.
- Collaborate with marketing and global teams to create unique value propositions.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the Spanish retail environment.
- Proven commercial experience working with prominent brands in the supermarket or retail sector.
- Strong background in sales and business development with a track record of winning key accounts.
- Demonstrated team leadership and people management experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and MS Excel for reporting and forecasting.
