What you will do
- Drive pipeline and partner-sourced revenue growth through resellers and service providers across West, East, Healthcare, and SLED segments.
- Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Partner Business Managers, establishing clear goals and KPIs.
- Develop and execute the North American channel strategy for targeted partner recruitment and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with top US channel partners to create joint business plans.
- Collaborate with end-user sales, SE, marketing, and global partner teams to ensure coordinated execution.
- Act as a partner advocate with internal stakeholders to develop scalable enablement and incentive programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partner/channel management or sales within the enterprise software or cloud/SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of leading partner-facing teams focused on growth and execution in a SaaS organization.
- Deep existing relationships within the partner community in the United States and Canada.
- Strong data-driven mindset for tracking KPIs, forecasting growth, and reporting performance.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
