What you will do

  • Drive pipeline and partner-sourced revenue growth through resellers and service providers across West, East, Healthcare, and SLED segments.
  • Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Partner Business Managers, establishing clear goals and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute the North American channel strategy for targeted partner recruitment and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with top US channel partners to create joint business plans.
  • Collaborate with end-user sales, SE, marketing, and global partner teams to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Act as a partner advocate with internal stakeholders to develop scalable enablement and incentive programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner/channel management or sales within the enterprise software or cloud/SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of leading partner-facing teams focused on growth and execution in a SaaS organization.
  • Deep existing relationships within the partner community in the United States and Canada.
  • Strong data-driven mindset for tracking KPIs, forecasting growth, and reporting performance.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
