What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives for the Production & Supply Chain (PSC) division.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations and local leaders to enhance corporate social responsibility.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for inclusion and Business Resource Group (BRG) initiatives.
• Serve as the program lead for the PSC hirify.global Manufacturing, Inc. Scholarship program.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to engage external networks and build a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
• Prepare impact reports and presentations for key stakeholders to communicate the outcomes of inclusion efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or Organizational Development.
• 3–5 years of experience in employee engagement, community relations, or diversity and inclusion.
• Location: Must be based in Germantown, TN
• Proven experience managing partnerships with nonprofits and external stakeholders.
• Experience in event planning, including budget and vendor management.
• Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environment is preferred.
