TL;DR
Employee Relations Specialist (HR Operations): Executing compliance and organizational global employee relations support with an accent on conflict resolution, investigations, and policy interpretation. Location: Overland Park, KS, US (Hybrid options available after the first 90 days)

What you will do
- Guide managers and supervisors on equitable treatment and compliance with state and federal employment laws.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including performance complaints and investigations, to reduce legal risk.
- Facilitate the workplace accommodations interactive process in alignment with ADA requirements.
- Develop and implement personnel policies that comply with U.S. laws and enhance company culture.
- Assist with EEO/Affirmative Action reporting and coordinate Anti-Harassment training programs.
- Coordinate Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and support mental health and well-being efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in Employee Relations or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws, including OFCCP and AAP requirements.
- Ability to travel less than 10% of the time.
- Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.
