What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to define business objectives, scope, success criteria, and project strategy.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI-driven transformation within client environments.
• Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and track KPIs to improve future project delivery.

Requirements

• Must be local to Calgary and the surrounding area.
• 5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading complex, enterprise-wide projects.
• Mandatory experience in Consulting, Utilities, IT, or Oil & Gas sectors.
• PMP certification or an equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Ability to adapt to East Coast hours if required by the client.

Nice to have

• Experience with Change Management and incorporating OCM best practices.
• Understanding of Generative AI and agentic AI and their practical applications in business.
