Salary: $145k - $165k CAD + up to 15% bonus

What you will do

• Provide technical operational input to the Project Manager to support execution.
• Manage interfaces and communications across mechanical, electrical, and control engineering groups.
• Lead subject matter experts in addressing RFIs and open technical issues.
• Track and manage technical risks, opportunities, and necessary interventions.
• Oversee the planning and execution of technical operations according to project schedules.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer between projects and handle handovers to the Services Organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• 15+ years of experience in onshore wind turbine design and Balance of Plant (BoP) design.
• Must be able to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
• Proficiency in both English and French is required.
• Knowledge and familiarity with NERC reliability standards.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
