What you will do

• Prepare technical and commercial bids for Small service and O&M opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients and approve purchase orders within company standards.
• Oversee project details to ensure on-time delivery and execution excellence.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor the performance of business activities.
• Develop and execute annual business plans and customer visit schedules to promote service offerings.
• Promote and implement O&M Master Service Agreements with strategic clients.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, O&M, or business development for engineered products.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Proven track record in sales, proposals, and direct customer interaction.
• Strong commercial contract knowledge and negotiation skills.
• Availability to travel, primarily within Canada.

Nice to have

• Member of professional engineering authorities (P. Eng., OIQ).
• Knowledge of the hydro market in Canada and the USA.
• Experience in the management of operation and maintenance for hydro plants.
