What you will do

• Define and own the GTM AI roadmap, prioritizing initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps.
• Program-manage the design, build, and rollout of AI workflows in collaboration with Business Systems, Data, and AI Engineering teams.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured programs with clear success metrics and tracking.
• Build no-code AI prototypes and scope complex technical implementations with engineering.
• Establish frameworks for measuring AI success, focusing on time savings, productivity lift, and revenue impact.
• Drive change management and enablement efforts to ensure GTM teams maximize new AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of program management experience, ideally within GTM operations, business systems, or AI operations.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
• Deep familiarity with GTM systems including Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs and influencing senior leadership.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical insights into executive-level narratives.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred.

• Experience designing and implementing AI, automation, or workflow intelligence in GTM or sales operations environments.
