Salary: $108,900–$136,000 plus bonus

What you will do
- Lead ABM programs for customer expansion and net new pipeline generation in the MEP segment.
- Own account segmentation and tiered planning using data-driven prioritization frameworks.
- Build personalized multi-channel engagement programs to accelerate renewal and growth.
- Design lifecycle-based campaigns from onboarding to long-term retention.
- Develop targeted messaging tailored to buyer personas and account segments.
- Analyze performance tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes like net revenue retention.
Requirements
- 17+ years of experience in B2B SaaS ABM, performance, or growth marketing.
- Must be based in the US.
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
