Solutions Engineer (IT Operations)

Solutions Engineer (IT Operations): Providing technical and functional product guidance for pre-sales and post-sales cycles with an accent on endpoint management and solution implementation. Focus on delivering technical presentations, troubleshooting OS-level issues, and collaborating with product teams to resolve critical issues.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL (In-office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

What you will do

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain product functionality to customers and prospects.
• Guide customers through the implementation of the hirify.global solution.
• Provide technical sales support and collaborate with account management to meet customer needs.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and Mac system issues to resolve critical product problems.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Management to develop solutions and improve future releases.
• Create knowledge base articles and contribute to the design of consulting processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer.
• Proficiency in Windows (registry, services) and working knowledge of Linux/Mac.
• Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work a set schedule (8 am – 5 pm) with rotating on-call responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
